The quickest way is to email us directly at hello@madewithjai.com. We read every message and usually reply within one to two working days — often from wherever we happen to be visiting a maker.

  • Inquire about a piece — availability, sizing, materials, or a made-to-order timeline.
  • Notify me — ask to be told when a piece, or one like it, comes off the loom.
  • Commission something with a maker — a runner in your table's length, a wrap in a particular indigo.
  • Learn more about an artisan or the craft behind a piece.

Made with Jai is a curated showcase, not a shop with a checkout. Because each piece is handmade in small numbers, we handle every request personally — no cart, no automated confirmation, just a person writing back.
