The story
This hanging is woven to be read as wall art — a deliberate composition of blocks and lines that carries the highland weaving tradition of Nan into something you would frame if it weren’t already finished so beautifully. It is made on traditional highland looms, given a contemporary design.
It comes ready to hang from a natural wooden dowel, the warp threads gathered into a soft fringe at the base. On the loom it is structural cloth; on a wall it becomes the quiet center of a room, warm where a print would be flat.
Each piece is handwoven to order in Nan, and the edges keep the gentle irregularity that tells you it was set by hand, not a machine — allow 3–4 weeks before it ships.
Keep it out of direct sun to protect the color, and lift dust away now and then with a soft brush.
